3. Eligibility and Registration

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use StarVPN for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Hacking, cracking, or distribution of malware
• Spamming or phishing attempts
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Harassment or threats against others
• Distribution of child pornography
• Terrorist activities or funding

6. Intellectual Property

StarVPN and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StarVPN and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARVPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StarVPN and its licensees and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and StarVPN regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
